The Kiwanis Club of Aurora Foundation will be reviewing applications for grants twice during its October 1, 2016 to September 30, 2017 fiscal year.
The first submission deadline will be November 1, 2016. Applications will then be reviewed by our Foundation Committee and Board of Directors, with disbursements to those selected on or about November 30, 2016 to December 31, 2016.
The submission deadline for the second application cycle will be April 1, 2017, with all review completed and disbursements to those selected on or about May 31, 2017.
Please complete all applicable sections of this application, attach whatever supporting detail you consider appropriate, and send to the Foundation chair to the address on the application or via email to AuroraKiwanisFoundation@gmail.com.
